Terms of Service

Last updated 1 October 2026

01

Scope

These terms govern use of marvinet.com and the Marvinet platform by verified business users. By registering, you confirm you act on behalf of a company and have authority to bind it.

02

Eligibility and verification

Access requires successful KYB verification. Marvinet may refuse, suspend, or withdraw access where verification fails, sanctions screening returns a hit, or these terms are breached.

03

Deals and contracts

Contracts generated on the platform are between the trading parties, not with Marvinet. Marvinet provides the framework, escrow instructions, and records, and is not a party to the sale of goods.

04

Fees

Facilitated Trade: 15% of the trader's negotiated margin. Direct Trade: a category-based fee on the deal value, paid by the deal originator. All fees are shown before a contract is signed and are collected through escrow.

05

Escrow

Escrow services are provided by UIBT / Marvipay under their own client agreement, which you accept when funding a deal. Marvinet instructs releases strictly in accordance with the signed contract and these terms.

06

Disputes

Disputes raised in a deal space freeze the related escrow balance. Parties have 10 business days to agree an outcome; failing that, Marvinet decides on the documentary evidence within 15 business days. This decision is binding for the escrow release and does not limit either party's right to pursue claims in court.

07

Liability

Marvinet is not liable for the quality, conformity, or delivery of goods, nor for a counterparty's performance. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

08

Governing law

Irish law. Courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local law that may apply.
