What we collect
Company and contact details you give us; identity documents of directors and beneficial owners for KYB; deal data (terms, contracts, documents, messages) you create on the platform; technical data (IP address, device, pages visited).
Why we use it
To verify companies as required by anti-money-laundering law; to operate deal spaces, escrow instructions, and contracts; to respond to enquiries; to improve the site (analytics, only with consent); to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Our regulated escrow and payment partner (UIBT / Marvipay); identity-verification providers; your counterparties, strictly limited to what their contract requires; authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored and for how long
Data is hosted in the European Union. KYB records are kept for 5 years after the relationship ends, as required by law; deal records for 10 years; enquiry data for 2 years.
